To me it looks totally home fabricated, I say that because it looks like it is bolted together at almost every connection point, even the track looks different than anything that I have seen from the commercial manufacturers. The rod butt stops in the bottom of the holders appear to be phillips head bolts/machine screws instead of pins. With that being said, it looks well made and has a nice clean look.
