I was out in that same area the last two mornings casting. Of all the charters and other boats trolling by me I must have missed the one pulling the net every 30 seconds. I got 1 24" yesterday on very first cast then no more. This morning I was dead in the water with no drift, didn't stay out very long, didn't get any. There were quite a few boats around that area. I had to go all that way just to find water that wasn't brown and still only had maybe 1 1/2 - 2 ' visibility. Maybe that charter caught em all before I got there. I showed up about 8 . A day late and a dollar short, right? Lol

I hope you not say we didn't catch them there or we didn't at all. I do all of my post from my phone and can't load any pics to this site without a pic I have tried and contacted numerous other people that post alot on here that had trouble to i post pics of every trip on our Facebook page. I don't need propaganda. Please don't go troll there it makes it easier for me. Funny how about every decent troller in wild wings marina was done in under 3 hrs last cpl days up there, but you seem to think I'm untruthful. Trolling had been on fire it's no secret.

MasterKraft, I'd have to say you were not fishing the same area when you say you had 1.5 feet of visabilty. Where I was fishing , there was an honest 4-5 Ft of visability. Many nets the whole morning around me and even shared info on the radio on what program we were running.

Obviously not if there were that many fish being caught. There were more and more boats to the north of where I was. I was probly at the southwest end of the boat pack. The water wasn't that great where I was but seemed fishable. I think my biggest problem friday morning was just sittin still, no drift. Its quite a bit trickier casting in 28 fow than in 14-18 fow also so the not so clear water was also against me. There were some mayflies at the gas stations in point place in the morning also. Not looking good for the far west end for a while. Especially with more wind all weekend. Good luck to all!
