    I am in a bit of a different situtation on that aspect . I am a Captain for Ahoy Sara J Charters and this is not only difficult for me but the boss has to reschedule other Captains and mates ,they in turn have to reschedule their time to compensate for my absence . But that is the good thing about our crew we are adaptable .
