    I was up 10 days ago. It was calm day and Turtle Creek at Rt 2 was nothing but mud flats that day. Report in the link above forecasts 2 inch rise from Feb 15 to Mar 15. Need whole lot more than that. Hope it rains someplace in the great lakes basin.
