    I totally agree. Went up this weekend with a buddy. Cost $200 in gas and bait for our 60 perch.

    OUCH! I grumbled about my $30 in gas in the truck and $20 in the boat + $10 for bait. Maybe I won't grumble so much after hearing your bill... Maybe...

    Yeah, I wish it were a $60 bill. That'd cut my fuel bill in half. That's if I do no running around on the water.
    It's all in that drive for the big fish and that thrill of "fish on".

    Not as fat as some of your guys fish, caught on bass tubes dragged on bottom out in 10 f.o.w. brestbay fishing for smallies.
