    Sure sounds like it's spam.

    Back on topic...
    I have a pic somewhere I took last year of a Merc outboard shipping crate, a big ol "MADE IN CHINA" stamped on the side. I guess some, but not all are made there.

    I think he just writes stuff to make you curious enough to click on the provided link. Probably gets a few $.01 for each hit/click on the provided link. Then again it may be the owner of a business trying to drum up business. It is most likely an advertising gimick.
