PS, If you do not have a Side scan, another tactic to find the fish would be to set your lines up high and see what happens. Experiment with the presentation if you are not catching them. You can also set some lines up high, some lines towards the middle and some deep.
If you can see them on the sonar, always try to set your lines so the bait runs just above the fish. Walleye feed up... so one should always present the baits just above the leve the fish are suspending at.

Lowrance is 240 feet out. I know my side scan on shows fish to the sides ht I can't tell what depth they are at? I would like to see that first hand. Interesting...

Agreed, there is certainly no graph, however, given the known depth, and looking at the hits on the screen, I estimate their depth in the water. Not perfect, but effective enough to get close. I usually error to run shallow of the fish.

Great morning on the water! 30 feet back. Crawler harnesses. 2 oz. In-line sinker. In line planer boards. 3 miles southwest of West Sister. 2 - 2.5 mph. Could not keep the rods baited and in the water. fish were feeding on large balls of baitfish. Looked cool on the sonar.
