The shortage is about in its 17th day now. Richards bait shop in port Clinton has been selling a 50/50 mix of emerald/creek chub.. I had good luck with both of them this last weekend...

Happy Hooker site posted this.
Lots of rain probably close to 2" over night and this a.m.{ better check bilge pumps} Pretty much unfishable this a.m. did hear the head boats went out this pm. but it couldn't be pleasant. This past weekend perch fishing was really good for some and some struggled. Shiner's still missing in action, very few are being caught. Big thing to look out for this week and weekend is the weather. (wtol.com click on weather) Hopefully weather will break and they will catch shiners. Still no great walleye reports few being picked up north of West Sister. Next report has to be better, can't get much worse.
