Try the bay. They have been having success in 8-10 FOW. Turtle to Lighthouse and off weather beacon on east side of freight channel. After that go to the gravel pit SW of West Sister and drag bottom bouncers and worm harnesses while you through Weapons, MayFly rigs etc. Find 23' FOW. Could catch a big one out there.
