Re: This Old Boat!
Looking at a recent post they gave some info that we are trying to decipher the fish were marked suspended between 17 and 30 feet in 41 ft of water, if using 2 oz snap weights 20/20 what depth would that put a bandit at ?

Re: This Old Boat!
Looking to upgrade sonar but not break the bank. Any suggestions for a good sonar that is efficient and not to pricey, Also a similar entry level radar. Last time out we were in a thick fog you could not see a boat length ahead what do you all suggest?

Re: This Old Boat!
So been away for way to long and suffering from the effects of not boating and fishing the lake. here is a quick update. Sold my old boat to a fella who destroyed it the same day. The effects of this were deeper than I thought. It's like I lost a good friend or even worse I abandoned the friend who gave me so much joy and freedom helped me survive the pandemic and in a small way was the light at the end of the tunnel or the end of the work week. That being said I gave him his money back and will salvage what remains lesson learned. For anyone who makes that foolish statement the best day of owning a boat is the day its sold is for true boaters unrealized. so going forward will rebuild refit refloat and hope to be fishing soon will keep you posted
