    Thanks Juls. I forgot how you clean your fish so there is no fishy taste to them. Also your best way to cook them. Thanks in advance.

    Just take all the reddish brown icky stuff off the fillets, and make sure to remove the blood line of course. That's where all the nasty fish taste comes from. If it's a big fish, then double fillet the thickest part of it.
