Hello all,

I just stared ice fishing last winter, mostly on my small lake I live on. This winter, however, I want to try my luck on Lake Erie. I've fished the lake before but never on the ice. My dad is coming to visit from PA next weekend and we want to try it out. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to go out. How far out? If we can walk or should he bring the 4wheeler? As I said, I'm new to this and really just want to have a good time with him while being successful for either wallet or perch. Thank you and have great day!,,
