Ipilot used as a autopilot?

When I use it that way, I use the kicker for propulsion and the Terrova's ipilot for keeping me on course.

Knock the TM speed down to 3, so it has enough power to make corrections fast enough, and use the kicker for speed.

I use the "legacy" compass instead of the "Advanced GPS", because the compass keeps a steadier course.

I've been doing the exact same thing for 4 years, works great.

Also love it that I don't have to use an anchor when perch fishing, just push a button and you'll sit tighter than any anchor could ever hold you in from 20 to 80' of water...
