Chagrin River Perch

Went out Sunday morning for perch - 50fow, almost straight out from the stacks. Got a late start, didn't start fishing until 9am or so. Good bite until 11am, then it shut down. 22 in the box. Mostly 9"-11". Right on the bottom. Used frozen minnows I saved from last spring.

Today 08/25 52-54fow off Mentor Lagoons 3 limits nice sized fish 9+",4hrs.
Larger fish seem to be moving in to this area.

Perched Fished Friday 9/11. West of the river. Fished 54, 48, 43 foot of water. Only caught a couple. Fished 5-8pm

Perched Fished Sunday 9/13. East of the river. Fished 48, 45, 43, 36 foot of water. Still only caught a couple. Fished 8am-12pm

2 really slow days of fishing. Tried fishing the bottom and anywhere up to 15 foot off the bottom. I hope it picks up soon.
