Fairport Harbor - Anyone Having Luck?
I've seen boats going in/out of the harbor. Anyone finding fish in the area?
Planning to take the family up for the first walleye fishing trip of the year this weekend.
Any updates would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks folks. That's encouraging to hear. I ended up launching out of 72nd just to get on the water and drop some lines in...not a bite but some decent marks. Water was pretty stained. I ran bandits in about 40-45 fow, even tried a spoon or two.
Looking at Friday / Saturday this week to hit Fairport. Will head to the area you guys had luck in and give it a shot.
I know some guys in Geneva are doing well, but that's a longer haul for me and the family.
Thanks for sharing and getting some chatter on the Central Basin forum
