I guess they call it the dumping grounds? 8 to 10 miles east outa mazuriks. Have u heard anyone trying out there yet? Jw. I remember you bein one of the guys posting about that area. We busted em out there too. Let me know

I've never fished there do early but yes I have done very well out there Mid August till the bitter end had a 4 man limit in 1 hour 20min lat Labor Day 2013!

The wife and I got a 60 perch limit, 18lbs at the cleaners on a line from Meinke's West to the Detroit river just in to 23 feet of water. 2 big chanel cats, 4 sheepshead, a ton of white perch. 1 white bass. Some of the white perch were huge. Used a little extra weight to get it to the bottom quicker. If you got it to the bottom with out the white perch grabbing it you would catch yellow perch.

I know I am other side of the lake and in the middle but I watch your board and see your perch reports.

Mid lake straight across from Conneaught is where I fish. I am on the hottest perch I have ever seen. Last Tues we boated 350 for 7 guys in just over 2hrs. Weight after cleaning was 89lbs.

Try the ridge in deeper water, 47' and running 2oz weights with pickeral rigs to get to bottom
