Yellow perch

We had another 3 tags filled Saturday yellow perch fishing 3 miles west of rattlesnake in 32 FOW. Again a lot of farm fish and white perch you just have to be patient and the yellow perch will turn on. Used crappie /perch rigs 3/4 ounce weight. I fished same spot last Saturday with the same conditions a lot of white perch at first, but I know if your catching white perch be patient and sure enough back in by 1:30 pm with 3 yellow perch tags filled all male perch this week 8" Average a lot of mayfly's floating and on the boat so the fish are going to be filling up this week.

How was The size? I have two 11 year Old boys going with me tomorrow. They want to catch fish I would like nice sized yellow ones. .
