I also sent an email to the ODNR and here is a copy and paste of that Email minus my private email which I Xed out. There will be alot of people P.O. with the answer!

Thanks for the email. Once you catch your limit for a particular fish,
you must stop fishing for that fish.

I would like to know if while fishing on Lake Erie if you are allowed to
catch and release additional walleyes once you have placed your daily
limit of walleyes in your cooler or live well! Are you allowed to
continue to fish for walleyes on a catch and release basis or must you
stop fishing?
