    Default boat limit while trolling

If I am reading and understanding all this correctly, while trolling say you have 4 men on the boat and 15 fish in the box, it would seem that it would be illegal to have more than 2 lines out, is this correct? If 14 fish in the box only 4 lines out?
And as Lowe Life stated, are the officers actually gonna believe you are trolling for Sheephead? Its logical to some extent, but all these grey areas on the law, just as the new fish cleaning law, seem to leave me more confused and worried even though I do nothing wrong. It kinda makes a rather enjoyable time on the water more nerve racking and filled with anxiety over whether you are in total compliance with new, unclear laws.

Yep if an officer wants to push the subject. But I doubt you'll see it strickly enforced unless someone complains and makes it a big issue. I sure hope not.
