    Can you believe it??
I had a smart a_ _ lawyer bring up the notion that we are not allowed to cut minnows in half to use as bait since the code states..."a fish in any form other than whole while on or when.....". Sorry, but, my God, have we really come to this? I can hear it now, "Save the Emeralds"!! Or..."Sir, you are being charged with the unlawful.....".
    Get me out of here.

    Hi Mark.
If that is what you understand from this post then I would suggest you read a lot more of the post and react less.

Mark, I think what dog means, is there is no half minnow to return to the dock, so no foul. Cut strips of belly meat dos not require removing tails or heads... so still liget Slow down Amigo.

    Perch fishing is on fire!
Limits are being had from the south of Green Island, to north of H can and south of F can.
Golden or Shiners,, don't matter when the feed bag is on.
~ spreaders, on the bottom and no bling.
Come get yours ~! IT IS ON

I'm glad to hear you're catching fish. I'm having some confidence issues. ☺
I got out to the area between little cedar and Toledo intake. Moved around a few times.
    16 to 19 fow.
Got soaked by a couple of rollers.
Didn't seem like 0-2 ft waves.

    Hardly anything around that area.
Started at 8 and gave up at noon.
    5 fishes.

Nice weather. Slightly rough but would have been nicer with a few in the cooler.

Anyone else fished the intake area?

As the water gets cooler the fish will move closer to shore, and farther west.
    Perch and Walleye alike.
G can is a haul for you if your on the far west.
My honey hole was H can, but G takes it in 2016.
2 foot waves closer to the Jet Express route.
Hope it gets better on the western side soon.
