Well the dreaded end is near. (less than 2 weeks)
Time for "feet dry " for the Water Dog.
I have been looking at the weather forecast and it looks like a bit more of a beating that this guy can take.
Anyway, if I can get out 1 or 2 more time, I will let you all know.

Sunday 8/28/16
Started at the east of G can that has been so good to me for the last 4 trips.
The storms must has moved the perch around.
Moved east towards the pack just se of G can and still could not get the numbers.
Then move to the next pack between D and E can, still could not get the numbers.
Went to the S W of Green , and then it got much better.
Finished the day with 32 nice perch, did catch about 8 farm animals, and no white perch.
Next time will go to Green Island first.
The storms have had to do some mixing up of the perch schools.

Monday October 10, 2016 30 more Yellow perch
30 more SE of G can.
7 pounds at the cleaners using a mix of shiners and golden, spreader on the bottom and very....very light bite.
Water was slightly stained but not bad. see photo with some feather friends looking on.
It did take me 4 hours today and they seemed to run in batches.
Caught my 30th perch with only 2 minnows left in the bucket.
Did catch some white perch, sheep head and some white bass.
The weather did shake them up, but it should get better again once they settle back in.
