Tough Bite today

What time was the bite best. What bait and what rig. How many times did you move

We did not move. We caught the most between 11-1:00. I was using spreaders and by partner was a single hook with a split shot 18" above the hook. The bite was better when I started the motor and let it run for 5 minutes before shutting it off for 10 minutes. We got our minnows from Drawbridge Marina. I think they were a mix of emeralds and goldies. Did cut the bigger ones in half. We got a better bite that way.
