They are in Maumee bay between Little Cedar Point And the Toledo light, you can see most of them on a chart. They are also on both sides of the channel with shallow areas on both sides, so if you go use your chart/chartplotter. If you draw a line from little cedar point to Turtle island, anything west of that line is the "one hook rule" zone. Most guys fish East of that line but not all. Blade baits and Hair jigs are the bait of choice, take black, black, black, purple and JD green.
