Don't you love how fed ex sends everything to Syracuse then back to buffalo! They friggin drive right through on the 90. What a waste of fuel and time. You coulda had it yesterday. Lol

Yeah! I had to send my broken HDS5 to SanDiago . Then they authorised the new unit to be sent from Tennessee to Mississippi to Syracuse to Buffalo then to me.

You will love this. When I got home today there was a box waiting for me. I opened it and there was the new HDS7 Gen2 unit. But that was all that was in the box. No new bracket or anything else. There I go calling Lowrance again. I told them what I found and they said when they processed the paperwork they never included the service kit. Now I have to wait for that to come in. He opened up a new incident number. Here we go again!
