I'll be out tomorrow on the Lady Christine with capt joe, this'll be fun we'll see if I'm aloud back on the boat again at the end of the day lol. It's gonna be a fun good time. Don't know who was shouting for me today but I wasn't out.

Went out Saturday caught 4 eyes in 3 hours off the windmills in 30-35 fow. Went out this morning, did the same thing and got nothing! trolling custom harnesses in 30-40 fow. Any suggestions?

Kishels is a must, the dipsy bite can be touchy in that depth of water try slowing down to 1.9 and use any option a bit more stealthy long lines off riggers, leadcore or jets / torpedoes to achieve depth off inline or preferably big boards . I run 1 dipsy on 3 setting and next smaller size on 2 setting inside and way back in close if its all you have. So I'm stacking dipsys on both sides of boat.
Got 4 today in front of the mills over 6 hours...all under 4 lbs. ton of boat traffic and markings had trouble getting the bites. Couldn't keep the sheep off the line either.
Like bailey said slow down some. Tie off a bucket or two n toss them over the side to go slower if need be. I'd rather run leadcore over dipsys right now. Try a little longer leader. Try running sticks off your dipsys also. Lose the snubbers. You could be losing fish that get off n not pop the dipsy. One more trick. Sometimes there's a lot of inactive fish that are just off bottom and won't move 5 ft to take a bait. But if you put that bait right in their face as you troll by you'll get strikes. You gotta know the lake bottom though or you'll snag up quickQuote:

Snubbers are a must with dipsys leave them on. We are at 22 now at 12:40 pm. 2, 3 ,4,5 lead core and 4oz torpedo divers 50 out 60 back. 1.9 mph
try'ed the day bite needed some sun. fished 930 to 12 @ windmills 28/32 fow. 10 eye biggest 7 & 3 catfish 5/7/ 12 a handfull by yourself .did best old school bottom bounce with sm kwickfish with stinger and 1/2 worm/ fun morning
I've never ran a snubber even on lake O, I just don't like them plus most of the guys I learned from don't run them. I would go with your own feeling on them. To me eithet way is ok if it works for you. Great job today guys you know who ya all are way to hurt them.

We caught close to 40 walleyes today kept 24 same program as yesterday.

On a brighter note - We boxed 15 today. Missed several, let a few go - too small. 2 color lead core got the big fish of the day 7 lbs. Unfortunately I sent much TOO much time picking cotton wood fur balls off lines, lead core, dipsys, leaders, etc. There is a lot of it out there. It caused a lot of havoc. :(
A big thank you to Fishkiller of Ultimate lead Outdoors of WNY to get me back on the attack with a five color lead core reel set up. :D Somehow I lost approx. 4.75 % of me 5 color the day before. ????
