Went out Saturday caught 4 eyes in 3 hours off the windmills in 30-35 fow. Went out this morning, did the same thing and got nothing! trolling custom harnesses in 30-40 fow. Any suggestions?

Whats your speed and trolling depth not fow but bait placement?

Thanks for all the advice. I'm gonna go out tomorrow am, drag some buckets until I can install a troll plate. I will switch to leadcore and lose the snubbers. Thanks again!

Snubbers are a must with dipsys leave them on. We are at 22 now at 12:40 pm. 2, 3 ,4,5 lead core and 4oz torpedo divers 50 out 60 back. 1.9 mph

try'ed the day bite needed some sun. fished 930 to 12 @ windmills 28/32 fow. 10 eye biggest 7 & 3 catfish 5/7/ 12 a handfull by yourself .did best old school bottom bounce with sm kwickfish with stinger and 1/2 worm/ fun morning

Milt you are right. Wins are very hard to come by this year.
Last year everything clicked, went our way. This year -
We WILL BE BACK!

On a brighter note - We boxed 15 today. Missed several, let a few go - too small. 2 color lead core got the big fish of the day 7 lbs. Unfortunately I sent much TOO much time picking cotton wood fur balls off lines, lead core, dipsys, leaders, etc. There is a lot of it out there. It caused a lot of havoc.
A big thank you to Fishkiller of Ultimate lead Outdoors of WNY to get me back on the attack with a five color lead core reel set up. Somehow I lost approx. 4.75 % of me 5 color the day before. ????
