fourth straight trip spoons worked good in morning hours
6-28-20 63 FOW 1.5 - 2.0 MPH troll 1 1/2' to 2' chop 3 oz weight
used only spoons in A.M. landed 2 in the first hour
then went 7 straight hours without any hits tried 15 different lures
at 5:00 P.M. started to troll in. Sunny Blue Skies changed to all light or bright colored jumbo crankbaits
speed up to 2.5 - 2.7 MPH in 2 1/2 hours landed 4 walleye to limit out and 1 - 11" white bass
lesson learned change speed and lures

6-29-20 68 FOW 2.0 - 2.7 troll 1' - 1 1/2' chop 3 oz weight
spoons and jumbo crankbaits
landed 4 lost 4
landed 1 - 11" Perch
no hits for 2 hours 3:00 - 5:00
at 5:00 P.M. almost flat water
did the opposite of the day before switched to wobblers slowed down to 1 - 1.3 MPH
landed last 2 in 1 1/2 hours to limit out

there was a lot of fish on my fish finder in 63 FOW on the 28 th Sunday
on the 29 th Monday 68 FOW had the most marks I have seen in the last 12 months
the mistake I made was changing lures not speed
spoons in the morning have been good for June
I simply but a 3 oz pyramid weight on
my lines hardly ever get tangled
the first 100 feet of line is 1 color the second 100 feet is another color
this is an easy way to keep track of how much line I have out
if I want it to go deeper I let 200 feet out
this is 1 person in a small boat
larger boat reports has very little to do with me
there is very little information for Ashtabula for small boats
I have been out to 60 -70 FOW 4 straight times and limited out all 4 times
