Rainfall has almost no effect on water clarity out around the islands. It's the wind that messes it up. I don't think you'll have a problem finding descent water. Keep in mind you really don't want clear water for early springtime walleyes. The only 100% guarantee I can make for you is you won't catch any sitting at home. They are calling for an onshore wind to develope, so it could get a little bumpy.
