Thanks for the update Jim. About this time every year we look into using your services again. Hopefully they'll start biting sooner then later. Seems like we should hold off on making the trip up there for now though.

Jim thanks for your reports. I really appreciate your sharing info. I've been lurking on here for quite awhile and found your reports extremely helpful when I can make it up there from Cincinnati. Unfortunately I can't make it as often as I would like so having some idea of what's working has really helped.
