Daiwa Heartland 7' 6" planer board rods with accudepthplus 27 for braid.
Daiwa Heartland 7' 6" planer board rods with accudepthplus 47 for lead core.
I have 19 of these set ups, no issues with either product, I fish 12-15 per year.

Okuma Convector reels with Okuma Classic Pro rods.....also have a couple of shimano taloras...paid good money for the taloras and should have just bought the cheaper Classic Pros, they look good and do the job for trolling.

For small boards I use the ugly stick gx2 7 foot med action with coldwater 202's, dipseys I use okuma 7'6" mediums with coldwater 303's. For big boards can't beat the talora 7 foot ml's
