That is interesting. I have only fished on a couple of freshwater charters, with the bulk being offshore ocean charters. I am surprised that there is random drug testing for mates. I could see this for captains where you are in control of the vessel, but surprising for mates.

How would like to have a mate that could be hooked on an illegal substance and could possibly have an affect on the safely of your day.
