matt thank you very much. I didn't want to be "that guy" at the marina already. Yea The big fish this year are amazing. I have had at least 9 I can rember over 28 inches on my boat as well. The new boat record was my first eye of year caught in june, 34 inches on a gold earie dearie which beat my dear wifes 29 in. eye that she caught down to the west a few years ago. I have thouroughly enjoyed CGM and all the people I have met so far. Still trying to meet the guys here on this site too. I am at dock 60 next to the ugly blue and white sport craft. good luck and safe wishes to all as we wrap another boating season!

Yeap... apparently it was just a rule for me and my group. Two of the owners had told me in the past that it was casting only. So great job.

LOL! You guys better be careful! That 3 day 300lb cooler per day guy may resurface and take all of you winnings. Just a crazy thought.

    lol..
I moved one of the boats down to ashtubula. I have to admit the fish are a great grade down there but I still havent pulled a 300 pound box yet. I have been catching 8 to 10 fish that are over 30 inches each trip though. .

At the time that statement was made the 300lb cooler Captain was still fishing the central basin a few miles east of the Lorain dump. He also stated he was moving one boat to the bula area, leaving these big fish behind. Imagine that!
