If the lure has a cousin jig with the same head style some people alter the jig molds to a straight wire type mold so you could make your lure that way- Most mold makers that I have seen want an arm and a leg to make even a proto type. That makes them cost prohibitive, at least for me.

I'm not sure I want to pay an arm and a leg for one, I have a buddy that did just what you are talking about with a jig mold and turned it into a weight foward maybe I just need to tinker around with an already mold and make it into something close to what I'm looking for. ( but I've come to love this lure I'm currently using lol) thanks wakina

You have a pic of what it looks like ? I know someone who has a lot of old walleye lure molds.
