I talked to that guy on the radio Monday. He said he was having battery issues. I told him to give me a shout if he needed a jump. I carry a jumper pack on my boat. Never heard back from him. Good job Dr. Ed.

I believe Ch. 79 was the one for Walleye.com listeners. When I am not in scanner mode (which is most of the time) I am on Ch. 68 in both the western basin and central. I'll be out tomorrow from Catawba around 8:30. Where I am going may depend on what I hear on the radio. The presentation I use may well come from what I hear. If I get something working for me, you will be the first to know. See you on the water. Stay dry....

I guess that I must have missed something after these 2 threads were first posted in early 2012. The first thread is where we decided to go with channel 84 then later found out that was not an option. The second thread is where it is clarified that we decided to go with channel 71 after receiving several P M 's liking that idea!
Gettin Jiggy asked me to come up with a channel since I had a lot more spare time to work on it. It was Gettin Jiggy's idea in the first place so I agreed to help.
So if it is channel 79 I must have missed the change!
