Saturday catching report.

Trolled worm harnesses back 40 on 2 oz., dipseys 2 setting back 32, dipseys 3 setting back 55...all at 1.8. I tried to get the deep bite going, but all I could come up with is sheephead down low. Besides my Dad and Walkman, who are usually on the boat, I had 2 friends on Friday and a friend with his dad and son on Saturday...they all took their personal best fish lol. It's a good grade of fish over there. Here's a few pics of ours...biggest was 29"...hopefully Skipper puts up one of that 33. Thanks for your help Skipper!

Nice fish! We hit Vermillion just before the big blow and all of our fish were better quality. All on reefrunners. We then tried for some of the Jumbo perch but we couldnt get anything going. might try again next week now!

Working on it Wes lol...just got the boards from Jim on Saturday. After I looked at Jim's set up, it makes me want to fab my own...I haven't decided yet...nobody makes any rod holders like I want lol. I might just wait and build them over winter.

went out of vermillion also and just figured my depth and speed out and started to catch a couple and one of the guys on my boat was chumming for us. we caught another walleye and he tried to stick it out but it got to be to much. i havent seen anyone that sick on a boat in a long time. he took dramamine and had 2 wrist straps on. he ask to go in so i did. took him back to trailer and we went out perching. we got some real nice perch e of ballast. 25 ft. of water sat. and sun. also kept big white perch and had a blind taste test at the fire house of yellow, white perch and white bass. 1 guy picked white over yellow but everyone loved them both. everyone picked white bass last because of texture. 1 guy picked perch over walleye. i dont know why more people dont keep white perch. wish i could of stayed longer with you guys. nice working eyes with you again greg. off to georgia for 2 weeks fishing good luck every one.
