If they drop it to 4, that will really hurt the economy!

Gettin Jiggy, if you like mustard, I've got a dusey of a relish mustard recipe. Make it as hot as you like.

Well I hope my source is correct.. unless the total allowable catch is lower than reported a week ago I believe the limit will stay at 6 fish. But I guess if I am wrong I won't trust that source anymore. So many rumors.

Oh and maby we could catch atleast one walleye!
I don't know Uncle Ron may have something to say about that. He always sits back there all quite like. I just know he is schooling us and just does not want to make all of us all feel bad.

Walleye? WALLEYE? As I always say the walleye fishing is nice but the perch fishing is serious business on that boat. I look forward to seeing your new boat out there a bit this year, maybe I can go out on it sometime with yeah when Jim kicks me off the boat for a newer model first mate.

My source said almost the same thing except he seemed almost positive that the perch limit will be going back to 25 this year.

The only reason I stoped to cook was so that the rest of you could catch up to me with the perch count. Lol..

Any time you want to go give me a call. Your right Ron is sitting back saying if them boys really had a clue we wouldn't be on the water for 10 hrs to catch 90 perch.

    Tom's sweet/hot pepper relish

5 to10 small sweet peppers (depends on size)
    1 onion
1/2 bottle or so yellow mustard ( 15 oz )
    3 T horseradish
    3 T pickle relish
    1/4 c vinegar
    3/4 c sugar
    1 T salt/pepper adjust to taste
1 T garlic power or use real
    1 t lemon pepper
    1 t dill
    1 t cumin
3 jalapeno's adjust to taste ( 3 is just hot enough for most )

put all roughly chopped peppers, onion and other ingredients into blender. blend away, taste and adjust as needed.
    makes 1 3/4 qts
