Wayne,
I had a 2 part epoxy floor cover applied to my Thompson. 1st part sealed the wood deck, then the 2nd part gave the deck a very nice/bright white finish with a fine grit, non skid surface.
Should be real easy on the feet, but I would hate to hit the deck with the knees in a spill. lol.
The Thompson had a very thin vinyl layer over wood floor. The problem my boat guy ran into was having to have the wood deck completely smooth and showing no lines before application.
Keep in mind if you apply any floor covering that the outside/ambient temp should be warm. Heated garage/shop this time of yr is a must for application.
Other thing you might want to realize is that dark or black soled shoes will leave marks ( grit on surface ) that might not be easily removed.
Been doing boat drinks with wife and friends over the winter and I've noticed a few marks appearing. Everyone now has to take shoes off before they climb inside...lol
Best to you
Ed
