back of intake 1/2 to 1 mile back average to above avg. catches,
we have been fishing 22 ft. water past last set of nets out from metgers marsh, trick is half minnows, light sinker, even down to two split shots, we use single hooks with 12 to 16 inch leads,
must be in the mud with slack line, just gently lift after 5 or 10 count, if you use spreaders use the very light gauge ones with
nothing on them, red hooks are the best, very finky fat perch.
