Crazy Fishing Week

Well the evening trips beat out the morning trips by far. their was only two kinds of fishing this week it was either on or off no in between. Most of our fish were caught east of gull to the old "c" can on the canadian border and east of kellys. It was a great week with some limits and some half limits.. Best fishing was east of kellys.. 30 to 35 back on a tru trip 40 jet and michigan scorpions. caught about 30 really nice 10 inch throwbacks. Thats a good sign..

iv been wondering about the evening bite, i always come up in the morning and was done by about 2ish.....do they bite till dark ?

Yes, they are nocturnal by nature. I prefer to catch them at night. I will fish the deep water next to shallow breaks till dark and them fish the shallower water after dark.
