Fished Ruggles reef sunday and did well with about any dark colored tube bait on 3/16 jig. Wind and waves were wierd but fishing was good. Several smallies in the 4 to 5 lb. range. Always a blast when the smallies turn on. The water was a lot discolored the reason for dark tubes. Would have stayed longer but fouled 3 plugs on outboard with no spares. (lesson learned) ::
