Early October advice?

Planning an early Oct trip over to Huron area. Any advice for walleye or perch? There have been few reports lately. We fish the reefs complex every year in May but occasionally get a fall trip in. Any advice for walleye or perch much appreciated.

From the limited reports I've heard and read, been a tough bite for both perch and walleye.Hopefully this NE blow and cooler temps puts on the feed bag for them.

Thanks for the info. That?s what I gathered?water is still too warm. Hopefully this week?s fall temps and winds will help.
