Honey Hole report 8-21& 8-22 2026

[Water Dog]

many small yellow gold, some nice 9 and 10 inches,
8 keepers on day one and 12 on day two.
so many returns and it looks like next year is going to be good.
golden shiners , spreaders no bling at the honey hole area,
many boats west and not many east of my spot.
educated and returned, next years class looking good.
gut pile says gobies, and there seem to more mayflies working the upper mid range of the water column.

back soon,
wear the life jacket and an engine cut off!
