I like dr death and jawbreaker and many more from galeforcetackle.com anything with purple works for me. i have a few stinger spoons but gale force is my go-to for harnesses and spoons. I have a problem with the paint coming off stinger spoons, but they do catch fish and the paint is bulletproof on gale force and they do catch fish at a lower price.

out of huron this aug the best for me has been cat-dog, lami cakes, helmut trans, blond chick, moonshine bloody nose and one i've heard on the radio couple times is a pink with yellow dots..i think it's a mich stinger called uv pink flash...just got a couple but haven't tried them yet.

Our best this year were Michigan Stingers in Nascar and Read Headed wonder bread. Small ones earlier but we start up sizing this time of year.

Like Michigan stinger spoon brand for spoons and gale force tackle for spoon harnesses.Lots of combination of colors but purple,white,green and pink good basic color choices.

we bought a few Dreamweaver DW spoons at fisusa.com that has caught more fish than any other spoon we used. it is called purple alewife that's purple and pearl ladderback spoons. it's a larger spoon at I think 3 3/4" but we have had great luck last yr and this yr with the larger spoons. but don't count out the smaller spoons.
