I usually run 3 boards when going solo, but occasionally will run 1 on each side with a worm harness with a 1-2 oz. weight out the back. When 2 of us are fishing, I usually run 2 boards on each side, and a worm harness with a 1-2 oz. inline weight out of each back corner of the boat.
