Went out fishing with my buddy Tom,his son and one of his son's friend's on Saturday.Left his place on Johnson Island and rounded the Marblehead lighthouse and headed west.Set up near the pack off west harbor.Tom only has 6 rod holders on his boat so ran 4 bandits off inline boards and ran two dipsies.Started with a harness and a spoon harness. The spoon harness was catching better so switched them to both spoon harnesses.I finally dialed the dipsies into 3 setting at a 35 and 37 leads. One dipsey caught our two biggest fish. Both 26" fish on the same spoon with green and orange colors.Got the bandits working to catch too.Had them at 70-50 leads with blue chrome, carrot top, a custom from DJ called GTS.Its mostly gold and yellow in color.Had taco salad out but changed to white perch and that lure started catching good too.Fished from 8-2 pm and ended with 21 fish that weighed 56lbs.Lost a few,had a couple shorts and no junk.Wind died around noon and got nice out.The only rain missed us north around 11am.
