Simple answer. Audience and money. There are or have been a few local radio stations along the lake that do or did a very quick Lake fishing report during the summer, I think only on weekends. I can't remember them, and if they even do it anymore. Anything on a radio station has to have an appeal to at least a decent portion of that stations's listeners. Frankly Lake fishing doesn't have a big enough listening base in one area for most stations to budget the time. The market will determine it. So maybe there are still a station or two, or internet stations, that provide a fishiong report. I think Put-in-Bay Radio does, but again, frankly, how many of the Lake fishing folks listen to that Internat station? Maybe they should listen?

And, where do you think stations get the reports? Usually from ODNR ODW.

How about a report from out on the water? Live, every weekend? Stay tuned...
