10/17 Weather
Winds look pretty sporty tomorrow. Does anyone have a perch spot that would keep us out of the wind? We have a 37’ boat so we can handle 2-4 footers. I was thinking maybe around Lakeside or Cedar Point in the morning and then heading in at noon when the winds really pick up.

Re: 10/17 Weather
I saw a report of some perch being caught at the reef out in front of west harbor and up towards mouse. I may be there Monday if it don't settle down.

Always a big help to know where you are entering the Lake - either launch ramp or marina.
West of Catawba Sunday won't matter - west wind. Coming out to the South Passage marinas, you can try a short ways off the Marblehead lighthouse area. Bigger boat cross the waves going North and try just east of South Bass, east of the the Monument. Lake will be stirred up so who knows if the lee areas will produce.
