Walleyes Back Around the Islands

Been hearing nothing but terrible reports for perch around the islands, so has there been any better luck finding some walleyes, further west than the CP dumping ground? I hear they will migrate back into the area when the temps get cooler so I'm just wondering if anyone has had any luck finding some?

I got all my gear and bandits ready for the spring, but unfortunately a serious health issue kept me from making any trips this year. Really hoping I can make a trip or two this fall when they come back....

I'm waiting for one more trip as well. It was a waste of time for me the last three days. Perch and walleye. They were there but had lock jaw. Keep an eye on the reports and the water clarity. The lake is still stired up.
