Fished with a neighbor Thursday AM, crew of 4. Wind was SWish, 15-20 MPHish waves were a little chunky. Set up south of the can and trolled with the SW wind. Deeper we got the bite slowed down but the walleye size increased/and not as many shorts and of course the waves got bigger. Would pick up at the end of the run and motor back into the wind to the can, turn around and set up. We made 4 runs. The guys in back got a little wet just once when a wave rolled over the bow, up the windshield and over the roof. Ended with 24 eye, 60?? shorts and 3 white perch. Biggest eye was 23" and lost another nice one 30' back. Speed was 2.5. Ran 6 rods with 5 Dipseys size #1 with spoons and 1 30 Jet Diver. The Jet never caught anything at different lengths back, harness's or spoons and was switched out late to a Dipsey and finally caught one when we were one to go. Dipsey settings 3.5/60' 1.5/42' and 0/28'. Best color seemed to be anything Purple.
Called off todays trip due to inclement weather forecast, so headed home.

Beautiful day on the lake!!
