Think about going to West Sister in the morning, with the mayfly hatch going on what bait should I run, crawler harness or Bandits

I was out today and flicker minnows did the best for us. We were fishing 18 to 24 fow 35 to 50 back.

I would run both harnesses and bandits.Not sure if you have dipseys or inline boards.But if I was trolling with 6 rods I would use double willow harnesses on all four dipseys.On 3 setting would start them on 70 and 75.On one setting other two would have them at 55 and 50.Use antifreeze color and purple/pink blades if got them.On the inline boards would run the bandits at 50/2oz sinker then 75 and 100 more for total of 125 and 150.Put blue chrome color on one if got it.Speed should be 2.2-2.5 mph.With dipseys move one up 5 and one down 5 every 20min till start catching.Seams the keepers are deeper.Make some sweeping S turns to figure out speed.Good luck.

My buddy fished Tuesday east of Kellies Without me.I told him pretty much the same setup for his rods but used 4 boards and only 2 dipseys due to more familiarity with inline boards.He caught 6 keepers,mostly on the dipseys on 3 setting with 90 lead.The water he was fishing in was 45-50 fow so deeper than water out by west sister which is around 32fow.Boards with bandits only caught 1.Let us know how you did today.Had nice conditions to fish this morning.

I ran spoons between south bass and kelly today. 2.7 mph jets at 65. Two of us caught 22 walleye but only 7 nice keepers in 3.5 hours
